SH Immigration - Fee Scale (Fixed Fee Basis)
This fee scale details my fees for all immigration advice and services with the OISC Level 1 that we are registered to provide to our clients. We charge on a fixed fee basis only. However, should you wish to withdraw instructions part way through your immigration case we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at an hourly rate of £140.
Please note that the organisation is not VAT registered. Therefore VAT @ 20% will not be added to the fees
outlined below. (This list was updated as of October 2024)
The “initial assessment – advice session” will have a fixed fee of £100. This session can be an online meeting or taken place at our offices.
Payments can be made in the form of Bank Transfer and Cheque. Your Bank details will not be required, and Cash will not be taken as form of payment.

Fees include:
- All attendances.
- Written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant third parties.
- Consideration, preparation and submission of application and relevant supporting documents.
- Copies of documents and UK postage.
Fees DO NOT include:
- Initial Advice Assessment
- Home Office fee
- Other disbursements, like: healthcare surcharge, translations, accountant fees, international postage etc
